When I first began this book, I thought it had such an engaging start. But the plot sort of leveled in the next chapters that I almost thought that this was one of those cliché storylines. Boy, did the following pages prove me wrong! I couldn’t put the book down as the plot picked up a thrilling pace full throttle to an explosive ending.
I loved the concept of Angeions who are unlike vampires, angels, demons, werewolves or any other fantasy beings of contemporary fantasy. The idea that they draw their power from ‘the Rhema’ is indeed the most unique, exciting and relatable part of this book. And the characters, wow, NikAella just excites me.
I hear there’s a sequel… I can hardly wait for it.
